butor，which prolonged the gas residence time. Reducing the tilt angle of the orifice plate
could help to improve the distribution uniformity performance of the distributor. When the tilt angle
was 20°-40°， the pre-distributor had a better gas uniform distribution effect. Increasing the pore size
of the pre-distributor had relatively little effect on its distribution uniformity performance，but
could effectively reduce the resistance of the distributor to the inlet airflow and improve the gas flow
state above the distributor. In order to achieve the best air distribution effect，it was necessary to
comprehensively consider the influences of both structural parameters of the tilt angle and the hole size
in the designing process.
