题 目 用于通信系统终端的PA的设计与实现
设计一个有具体指标要求的AB类功率放器,通过利用ADS2009完成了功率放大器设计过程中一系列的操作,采用负载牵引法等多种措施完成了设计要求,然后对放大电路中的多个性能指标进展了仿真参数的优化,最终完成达到预先的设计要求。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the rapid development of wireless munication, radio waves as the carrier of mobile munications, wireless local area network as the representative of modern munication network has bee one of the modern economy, infrastructure support, as the RF transmitter power amplifier front end of the most important circuit part, to a large extent determine the overall transmitter performance, the design quality affects the performance of the whole system. For example, determine the length of the output power of the wireless signal munication distance, which determines the efficiency of the wireless munication device battery life time.

With the help of the powerful ADS simulation software for transistor modeling, on this basis for the stability of the transistor was analyzed, using the load-pull method bined with the Smith chart for input and output impedance matching circuit simulation optimization design . The main contributions are as follows:
