Key words college students' ; etiquette cultivation ; employment 1 当代大学生的礼仪现状大学生是知识层次较高的群体, 应该具有良好的礼仪修养。但是在大学校园里, 我们经常看到一些不文明、不礼貌、丑陋、粗俗的现象。比如上课不注重仪容, 男生留长发, 夏天穿拖鞋背心进教学楼, 上课迟到不打报告擅自进入教室, 不尊重教师, 对于教师的批评反唇相讥, 甚至辱骂教师等等; 食堂就餐时不自觉排队, 食堂拥挤、无序, 就餐不文明, 就坐时坐相不雅, 不主动将餐具放置到规定位置; 宿舍卫生状况很差, 有些学生不遵守作息时间,在宿舍通宵上网玩游戏,严重影响其他同学的休息,同学之间出现问题不能和平解决,有打骂现象发生;在校园里张口骂人、随地吐痰、不爱护公共设施等。而在这些现象中, 首先是大学生人际关系存在较大的问题
