I 本科生毕业论文(设计) 筛煤机结构设计学院: 机械工程学院专业: 机械设计制造及其自动化班级: 学生姓名: 指导老师: 完成日期: II 摘要本次毕业设计是关于筛煤机结构的设计,首先对筛煤机作了简单的概述;接着分析了该筛煤机的方案布局及工作原理,然后根据这些设计准则按照给定参数要求进行选型设计;接着对所选择的筛煤机各主要零部件进行了校核。筛煤机结构装置由驱动机构,机架,入煤口,挡板,转子等几个部分组成。目前,筛煤机正朝着长距离,高速度,低摩擦的方向发展,近年来出现的气垫式筛煤机就是其中的一个。在滚轴类筛煤机的设计、制造以及应用方面,目前我国与国外先进水平相比仍有较大差距,国内在设计制造筛煤机过程中存在着很多不足。本次设计是关于筛煤机结构的设计,通过对传统的筛煤机结构装置的结构进行了优化,使得此种类型的筛煤机的使用范围更广泛,更加灵活,并且对今后的选型设计工作有一定的参考价值。关键字:筛煤机结构类型设计 II Abstract Car seat system is an essential part of the automobile body, the structure design of motor vehicle occupants, comfortable and safe sense humor has a direct impact. Among them, fort of the car seat system is mainly affected by the overall size of the seat and the ponents of the structure. The design of the car seat is via a link mechanism to realize the folding and unfolding of the car seat, the seat is equally applicable to cars, planes, trains and other areas, whether it is for long or short time ride, its regulatory function have achieved functional fortable unity. The design puts forward a kind of simple and easy to control, compact design, high reliability of the seat adjustment mechanism, mainly consists ofa base, a backrest and a connecting rod mechanism, electric cylinder, limit chute. This design mainly through hinged bar between the car seat of the unfolding and refolding, through the sliding limit, the electromechanical integration control seat of action.
