-1- 西安航空学院毕业设计题目: FAGOR 8025/8030 数控系统及其在 CK6150 数控车床上的应用-2- FAGOR 8025/8030 数控系统及其在 CK6150 数控车床上的应用设计摘要本设计是数控机床的 PLC 控制,用国内广泛使用的德国西门子 S7-200 系列 PLC 来控制 CK6150 数控机床。本设计主要包括 CK6150 机床的简单介绍、 PLC 类型选择、输入/输出分配表、梯形图、指令语句等内容。本文分析了数控中的 PLC , 以CK6150 数控车床的 PLC 控制来分析 PLC 在工业中的应用。通过 CK6150 数控车床的 PLC 控制这个实例,可以清楚地看出独立型 PLC 与CNC 装置之间、PLC 与机床侧的开关量之间的 I/O 连接关系:并通过 PLC 程序设计,使CNC 装置、PLC 和数控机床三者紧密结合在一起,形成一个有机整体,从而控制数控机床有条不紊地工作。关键词:可编程控制器(PLC ),控制,数控机床 A BSTRACT This design is the PLC ’s conformity C machine tools . Germany's Siemens S7-200 series PLC what is widely used at home to control the C machine tools. The design includes a brief introduction of the CK6150 machine, PLC type, input / output allocation table, ladder, instructions, etc. statements. This paper analyzes the PLC of the numerical control and applications of PLC control in industry by the PLC ’s conformity of the C machine tools. You can clearly see that the I/O connections between independent PLC C equipment and that PLC and the machine side of the switch by this example of the PLC ’s conformity of the C machine tools. The close connection with the three together form s anic whole by the designing of PLC program, and thus conformity C machine tools work in an orderly manner.
