摘要 I 摘要城市向乡村过渡地带构成的城市边缘区具有最敏感和最直接的特性,这种特性使边缘区的土地利用具有特殊性,同时出现了不少问题。城市边缘区既是城市向外扩展的缓冲地带,又与乡村边缘区构成城市向乡村的过渡地带即城乡结合部,随着经济的发展,城市和乡村之间的相互作用和影响也日趋显著。城市边缘区在土地利用特点、经济发展、人口分布和构成、交通运输、环境等方面在很大程度上相似于城市但又区别于城市。本论文根据石家庄市城市边缘区 2012 年土地利用现状,分析各用地类型的比率,从而确定边缘区的土地利用结构,为石家庄市城市边缘区的各项规划、土地分等定级、基准地价的研究等提供参考依据。关键词:城市边缘区;土地利用现状;石家庄市 ABSTRACT Urban fringe isurban torural transition city belongs tothe most sensitive ,the most direct regions, with particularity inthe land are many problems simultaneously. With the rapid development ofChina's urban and rural economy, the interaction between urban and rural areas are ing increasingly significant. The city fringe area isthe city 'soutward expansion ofthe buffer zone ,which isthe rural urban fringe areas constitute the transition zone villages that fringe .Urban fringe land use characteristics, economic characteristics, population distribution position transport ,environment and other aspects ofthe city ,but there are obvious similarities distinguished city. Inthis paper, based onthe urban fringe ofShijiazhuang City in2012 land use ,land use analysis ofvarious types ofratios determines the marginal zone ofland use structure for the planning ofthe edge region ,land grading ,grading benchmark studies providing land reference.
