青海互助土族民间利用野生植物初探-最终版.doc

1 青海互助土族民间利用野生植物初探拉本尚军苏旭(1 青海师范大学青藏高原环境与资源教育部重点实验室 2 青海师范大学生命与地理科学学院青海, 西宁,810008) 摘要:采用民族植物学和人类学的研究方法,初步探讨了青海互助县土族民间利用野生植物的传统知识和经验。结果表明,与当地民族直接相关的野生植物包括 32 种,经常食用的有 12 种。土族利用野生植物的传统知识和经验,在食物新资源的开发利用方面都具有很重要的参考价值。关键词:土族;传统;野生植物;民族植物学 Primary Studies on the Wild Plant T raditionally Utilized by Tu people in Huzhu County of Qinghai Province La Ben and Shang Jun (1 The Key Laboratory of Education Ministry on Environments and Resources in Tibetan Plateau, 2 College of Geography and Life Science, Qinghai Normal University; Qinghai Normal University , Xining, 810008) Abstract: Applying the methods of ethnobotanist and anthropology, the wild plants traditionally utilized by the Tu people in the Huzhu county of Qinghai province were surveyed and researched in this article. The result showed that the wild plants directly correlative with local people include 36 species. Thereinto , there were 13 species with frequently edible wild vegetables .T he traditional knowledge and experience about the wild plant were utilized by the Tu people; it had the very important referenced value on the development and utilization of the new edible resources.
