西安工程大学本科毕业设计( 论文)摘要 4-20 mA是标准电流信号,工业上一般用的仪器仪表的信号电流都是4-20mA , 即指最小电流为 4mA ,最大电流为 20mA 。在应用中若使用电压传输时,会有噪声、压降等影响,为了解决此类问题的影响,我们用电流来传输信号,因为电流对噪声并不敏感。 4~20mA 的电流环便是用 4mA 表示零信号,用 20mA 表示信号的满刻度,而低于 4mA 高于 20mA 的信号用于其故障的报警。本设计以 AT89C52 单片机为核心,通过 ADC0832 数模转换器进行采样, LED 显示电路进行大小的显示, MAX517 数模转换器进行输出,并通过放大电路对信号进行放大输出,以达到三路输出的目的。同时有告警电路对使用者进行提醒。为保证输出之间不受影响,三路输出之间为电气隔离的。并设计软件以实现所需的功能。经过调试,最后验证本设计实现了以上所提到的功能,具有一定的创新性和使用价值。本设计系统可以实现对一路信号的输入转化为三路的输出,可实现对多路数据的采集。可与各种工业传感器配合,取回参数信号,隔离变送传输。已经实现了对多路信号的检测、监控。关键字:单片机, AD 模数转化器, DA 数模转换器,放大器西安工程大学本科毕业设计( 论文) 西安工程大学本科毕业设计( 论文) ABSTRACT 4-20mA standard current signal, industrial instrumentation on the general use of signal current is 4-20mA, referring to the minimum current of 4mA, a maximum current of 20mA.
