安徽建筑工业学院毕业设计(论文) 专业机械设计制造及其自动化班级 04 机械(2)班学生姓名宗晓兵学号 04207040149 课题基于 Pro/E 的铣刀的力学建模和分析指导教师王雅 2008 年5月 18日安徽建筑工业学院毕业设计(论文) I 摘要目前 CAD 和CAE 这两个领域最具代表性的应用软件分别是 Pro/E 和ANSYS 。 Pro/Engineer 是美国参数技术公司开发的一套基于参数化与特征造型的三维 CAD 软件, 其机械设计模块是一个高效的三维机械设计工具。同时 Pro/E 也提供了CAE 模块,但其功能相对薄弱,求解的结果处理也十分烦琐。 ANSYS 软件是由美国 ANSYS 公司推出的大型有限元分析软件, 具有强大的分析功能, 是一种融结构、热、流体、电磁和声学于一体的多物理场分析功能的软件,拥有丰富和完善的单元库、材料模型库和求解器,在合理的边界条件下可获得问题的精确求解。但是其实体建模功能有限,大多数情况需要从建模类软件中导入。铣削加工是近年来在模具制造业得到广泛应用与发展的一种切削加工技术, 而铣刀的性能和品质优劣对于铣削加工的精度、效率和产品质量都有直接而重要的影响。本课题以含有螺旋面等复杂曲面的立铣刀为基础,在Pro/E 中建立铣刀实体模型,然后通过 ANSYS 软件对立铣刀模型进行力学建模,选取螺旋角为设计变量, 构建优化模型。这种思想可以取代部分传统模拟实验,它不仅能提高实验效率、改善实验效果,而且方便易行,具有应用价值。关键词: 铣削力,建模,螺旋角,仿真,Pro/E,ANSYS,CAD,CAE, GUI 安徽建筑工业学院毕业设计(论文) II Abstract Nowadays, the Pro/E and ANSYS are the most representative of the application software in CAD and CAE! Pro/Engineer , which is developed by United States T echnical P arameters C ompany isa set 3D CAD software based on the p arameters and the characteristics of 3D. Its mechanical design module isa high-efficient 3D mechanical design tool. At the same time, P ro/E also provides CAE module, but the CAE function is relatively weak and process of the treatments to the questions are very cumbersome. ANSYS software isa large scale finite element analysis software which is launched by the United States pany, it have a very strong analysis function, it isa multi-physical analysis software which is consist structure, heat, liquid, ism and acoustic inone whole function. It has a very rich and improved unit warehouse, material model warehouse and solution equipments. It can solve the problems accurately ata reasonable boundary and conditions. But its capabilities of fact modeling are limited, in most case, it need to import the models from the modeling software.
