With the development of manufacturing technology, C machine tools with the aid of the modern design technology, process intensification and the new function part make machine processing range, dynamic performance, the processing precision and reliability are greatly improved. In this paper, the main design X716 Z milling C feed system design part, the mechanical structure of DC servo motor and ball screw directly connected, the control of DC servo drive system semi closed loop control. On the feeding system of the mechanical structure of the design process, mainly on the ball screw nut pair and the linear rolling guideway were calculated, verification, to ensure that the mechanical transmission precision and rigidity; by calculating, chose electrical driving part, including DC servo motor and the matched servo unit.
