毕业论文(设计) 圆柱齿轮零件的生产张斌指导老师: 王明兰班级: 机电设备 09 系(部): 机电工程系专业: 机电设备答辩时间: 2012-7 圆柱齿轮零件的生产摘要现在的***快速发展, 工业生产为提高效率, 确保生产质量, 都大力发展齿轮, 延长其寿命并试着提高其精度, 从而使得产品合格率提高, 生产效率也大大提高。齿轮作为机械的重要部分, 越来越多的被认重视。齿轮研发与应用可以很好的反映国家的生产生产效率发展程度, 机械中齿轮主要起着支撑作用完成一些具有重复性又劳动强度高的工作, 例如力矩传递等。本文列举了圆柱齿轮加工和设计过程中应注意的问题,在机械都是首要问题。首先, 设计圆柱齿轮的毛坯做好适当毛坯, 次之我们要选择合适的***和合适方式加工, 完成了圆柱齿轮大体的构造。以此作为基础,然后用磨齿进行精加工,最后选择合适的热处理方式, 增加圆柱齿轮的硬度,延长其寿命。关键词: 圆柱齿轮,精加工,热处理,*** ABSTRACT Now the machinery industry is rapidly developing, the industrial production is to improve efficiency, ensure the production quality, develop vigorously the gear, prolong its life and try to improve its accuracy. thereby making the product qualification rate is improved and the production efficiency is greatly improved. As the important part of mechanical gear, more and more be valued . Development and application of gear can well reflect the state of the production efficiency of production development degree, mechanical gear mainly plays a supporting role plete some repeatable and high labor intensity of the work, such as torque transmission. This article lists the problems of cylindrical gear machining and design which should pay attention to, what I mention is the primary problems in the machinery. First of all, we should design proper blank for cylindrical gear and,second we should choose the suitable cutting tool and the appropriate way to processe, completing the general structure of cylindrical gear. As a basis, then we use the grinding to finish it, finally we select the appropriate heat treatment to increase the hardness of cylinder gear and prolong the life of it.
