毕业设计(论文)报告纸 i 数控机床的模块化设计摘要用户需求的个性化和多样化正成为机床制造业发展的一个重要特色,如何快速响应市场的需求对企业在竞争中占据有利地位具有重要的意义。本文针对这一企业需求,将模块化设计思想引入了数控机床的设计当中,在研究模块化设计的一般方法的基础上针对数控机床的特点对其进行了模块的划分、建模、参数化设计等工作,并基于 SolidWorks 开发了数控机床参数化设计系统。主要研究内容如下: 文章首先研究并总结了模块化设计原理及其核心思想,并在此基础上提出了针对数控机床的具体的模块划分方法;其次通过对数控机床的模块划分建立了数控机床模块数据库;第三利用 VB 语言对三维 CAD 软件 So1idWorks 进行二次开发, 完成了数控机床模块参数化设计系统, 并以典型部件为例,进行测试验证。关键词:模块化设计, 数控机床,模块划分,参数化建模毕业设计(论文)报告纸 ii Modular Design C Machine Tools Abstract Personalization and diversification of user requirements is ing one of the most important characteristics of manufacturing. It is significant to rapidly response to the demand of the market for enterprises taking advantageous position petition. In order to meet this need, the modular design thought was draw into the design of numerical control machine. Based on the general method of modular design, module, modeling and configuration C machine were researched according to the characteristics of machine parametric design system was developed by Solidworks. The main research contents are as follows. Firstly, the e xisting modular design theory and method was analyzed , and on this basis ,a specific module partition method C machine tools was put forward. Secondly, in basis of module partition, the module database was founded. Finally, parametric design of C system by SolidWorks was i pleted . And the running instance sof the system were also give n.
