进气道/ 发动机高空模拟亚声速自由射流试验数值模拟学院航空航天工程学部(院) 专业热能与动力工程班级 94040202 学号 2009040402040 姓名王婧指导教师徐让书负责教师徐让书沈阳航空航天大学 20 13年6月摘要随着航空事业的蓬勃发展,高空模拟的重要性也日益凸显,虽说我国已经建成投入使用的试验设备性能优于美、英、法三国同时期的模拟高空试验设备,但鉴于国外技术垄断及我国发展的迫切要求,我国在航空发动机模拟高空试验设备的建设与技术方面同西方航空大国仍然存在整体差别,本文基于对国外航空发动机高空模拟自由射流试验技术及其装置的研究,对所设计的进气道/ 发动机高空模拟亚声速自由射流试验装置的气动布局进行初步讨论验证。本次研究主要做了以下工作,首先按照设计要求完成亚声速喷管、实验舱及进气道建模,其次运用 Pointwise 完成整个实验设备的网格划分,再者采用数值仿真的分析手段对自由射流高空实验舱流动特性进行分析,最后通过对进气道内马赫数、密度、总压的分析讨论验证该自由射流实验设备流场的合理性。关键词:自由射流;亚声速;数值模拟 Numerical Simulation of numerical Free-jet Test for Inlet-engine Altitude Simulating Abstract W ith the flourish development of aviation industry, The importance ofa ltitude s imulation e prominent. A lthough the equipment which have already build up and used is better than the simulated altitude test equipment which the United States, Britain and France had in the same period , in consideration of the monopolize of abroad technology and the crying needs of development ofour country. There isa big difference between the aero-engine altitude simulation test equipment construction and technology . The article is based the research of abroad free jet aircraft engine altitude simulation test techniques and device, for discuss and v erif y preliminarily to the inlet / engine simulated altitude subsonic free jet test apparatus aerodynamic . The research mainly includes the following work. First, in accordance with the design require m ents modeling the subsonic nozzle and inlet Second, meshing the experimental equipment use pointwise, and then analysing the flow characteristics off ree jetby using numerical simulation . Finally through the analysis and discussion of the Ma ch number 、 density 、 total pressure of inlet to verify the flow of altitude free-jet test experimental equipment is reasonable.
