Its review, error correction ability, coding and decoding equipment plicated, and the performance isbetter, not only can correct random errors, burst errors can becorrected. Cyclic code also features easy toimplement, itiseasy touse feedback shift registers with the hardware .Cyclic code has many special algebraic properties, these properties contribute tothe error correction ability ofthe system asrequired toconstruct such codes, and simplify the decoding algorithm, currently found inmost ofthe closely related linear codes and cyclic codes precisely because cyclic codes have aclear code of algebraic structure, better performance, encoding and decoding features simple and easy toimplement, sointhe puter system used bythe error-correcting linear block codes are almost always cyclic codes. This report details the definition ofcyclic codes generated bya generator polynomial matrix and the process ofsystem-generated matrix, and write inthe Matlab environment, the cycle code encoder and decoder toachieve the encoding and decoding function. Analysis and discussion ofthis code error isfound, the ability tocorrect errors.
