学号: 毕业设计说明书 G RADUATE D ESIGN 设计题目: 日产 5000 吨熟料的预分解煤磨车间工艺设计学生姓名: L LL 专业: 无机非金属材料工程年级、班: 2012 级材料 L班学院: 材料科学与工程学指导教师: L LL 教授 2015 年06月01日摘要 I 摘要本设计的任务是日产 5000t/d 水泥熟料预分解窑煤磨车间工艺设计。水泥是社会经济发展重要的建筑材料之一,从历史乃至未来都是不可替代的重要基础材料。在煤磨重点车间的设计中,考虑到立式磨机的发展现状和优势,选取 ZGM113G 型立磨作为原煤粉磨设备。其目的就是更加深刻的熟悉立磨的工作原理,从而全面了解立磨在工作过程中出现的问题,以及解决问题的办法,最终达到节约煤粉制备过程消耗的能量,使水泥厂的利润得到有效提高。本设计依据当今新型干法水泥生产技术的设计要求进行,主要任务是煤磨部分的工艺设计,包括新型干法水泥生产对原料、燃料的质量要求,配料方案的设计和配料计算,物料平衡计算,主辅机平衡与设备选型,储库计算和煤磨车间的工艺设计以及车间设备的画图制作。在设计过程中,通过资料查阅,与导师同学探讨,水泥厂实****参观等方式方法,在车间设计,设备选型中仔细斟酌, 使整个设计科学,合理并趋于完善。关键词: 煤磨;立磨;物料平衡 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT This design task is to nissan 5000 t/d cement precalcining kiln coal grinding workshop process design. In the design of coal mill key workshop, considering the current situation of the development of vertical mill and advantage, choose ZGM113G type as the original coal grinding equipment. Its purpose is to more deeply familiar with the working principle of the roller mill to fully understand the problem of roller mill in the working process, as well as the solution to the problem, finally achieve energy saving coal preparation process, the cement plant, effectively improve the profits. This design on the basis of today's design requirements of NSP cement production technology, main task is to the process design of the coal mill parts including the NSP cement production quality requirements of raw materials, fuel, dosing and solutions in the design and calculation of material balance calculation, the main auxiliary balance and equipment type selection, repository preheater process of calculation and design.
