安顺学院 2016 届本科毕业论文(设计) I 锂离子电池充放电平衡系统的设计与实现专业:电子信息工程学号: 201203044052 姓名:夏雨雷指导老师:邓华军摘要随着集成电路的迅速发展,各种电子产品都在朝着便携和小型轻量化的方向发展。供电系统也发生了巨大的变化,由原来笨重的其他材料型电池改为锂离子电池供电。锂离子电池体积小、质量轻、污染小、利用效益高。对充放电控制系统有严格的要求, 故拥有一款性能良好的充放电平衡系统非常重要,本设计以 STC12C5A60S 2 为主控核心,利用 PI算法控制充电过程中电流动态平衡,系统由显示电路、保护电路、电压采样电路组成。实现对锂离子充放电控制基本功能,提出设计思想和系统结构。系统可靠性好,实用性强,可作为于各种小型电子设备的充放电装置。关键词:锂电池 STC12 C 5A60 S2 PI算法采样电路电流动态平衡安顺学院 2016 届本科毕业论文(设计) II Design and implementation of the charging and discharging balance system for lithium ion battery With the rapid development of integrated circuits, all kinds of electronic products are moving in the direction of portable and small lightweight. Great changes have also occurred in the power supply system, which changed from the original bulky other materials to the lithium-ion battery power supply. Lithium ion battery has the advantages of small size, light weight, low pollution and high efficiency. It has strict demand on charging and discharging control system, so it has a good performance of charge and discharge balance system is very important. This design is based on STC12C5A60S2 as the control core, PI algorithm is adopted to control the charging process in the current dynamic balance, the system consists ofa display circuit, a protection circuit, a voltage sampling circuit. To achieve the basic functions of lithium ion charge and discharge control, puts forward the design idea and system structure. The system has good reliability, strong practicability, charging and discharging device can be used as small electronic devices in various.
