洛阳理工学院毕业设计(论文) I 锤片式粉碎机设计摘要饲料的粉碎在生产过程中是非常重要的一个程序。本次设计的锤片式粉碎机就是当前粉碎机中最为广泛的一种,它的原理是利用高速旋转的锤片来击碎饲料, 低速的物料在首次与高速的锤片发生剧烈的撞击后,被撞击拉入加速区,在此颗粒速度能在很短的时间内被提高到接近锤片的末端线速度,并随着锤片一起作圆周运动,而在全速区逐渐形成物料环流层, 同时物料也得到进一步的粉碎。它不但有通用性广、效率高、粉碎质量好的优点,而且还有操作维修方便、动力消耗低等优点。本次的设计对粉碎机的每个零件都做了很详细地计算,比如锤片的安装、主轴的计算及筛片的选择和计算。力求设计的粉碎机有便于拆卸、操作简便、度产量高等优点。我想对今后的先进锤片式粉碎机的设计以及推广、进一步理论研究起到了一定的作用。关键词:粉碎、饲料、锤片式粉碎机洛阳理工学院毕业设计(论文) II Hammer type crusher design ABSTRACT : The shattering of the feed in the process of production is very important for a program.
