武汉科技大学本科毕业设计 I 摘要本设计是轻型钢结构厂房,采用的是轻型门式钢架体系,建筑质量轻,强度高且跨度大,钢结构建筑施工工期较短,相应的降低投资成本,在国内有着较为广泛的应用前景。轻型钢结构屋面荷载较轻,所以杆件截面较小、较薄。它除了具有普通钢结构自重较轻、材质均匀、加工制造简单、应力计算准确可靠、运输安装方便、工业化程度高等特点外,还具有用料较省、取材方便、自重更轻等优点。本设计主要为结构设计。结构设计部分包括结构选型和布置、荷载计算、吊车梁设计、抗风柱设计、檩条和墙梁设计、门式钢架设计、支撑设计、基础设计、节点设计。各部分都详细演算了主要构件的计算过程。本次设计图纸部分有:结构设计说明书、厂房平面图、立面剖面、节点详图、刚架施工图、吊车梁施工图、厂房檩条墙梁布置图、支撑布置图、基础平面布置图。关键词: 轻型钢结构厂房; 门式刚架; 结构设计; 门式钢架设计。武汉科技大学本科毕业设计 II Abstract The design for the light steel stru cture plant, the use of light portal frame system, the construction of light steel structure light weight, high strength, large-span, steel structure construction period short, lower investment costs, economic benefits.
