青岛大学本科毕业设计论文本科毕业设计(论文) 题目: 重型矿用自卸车总布置设计学院: 机电工程学院专业: 机械工程及自动化姓名:曹永指导教师: 王玉林教授 200 8年6月5号青岛大学本科毕业设计论文摘要随着我国经济的快速发展,矿山工业也快速发展,对矿用自卸车的需求量也越来越大,为适应这一情况国内很多厂家开始设计矿用自卸车。本论文对矿用自卸车发动机、变速器以及行驶系统的主要部件进行了选择,且对矿用自卸车进行了总布置设计,其中包括对发动机、变速器以及传动系统进行了布置,重点是传动系统,使它与发动机、变速器能达到最优配合。此外,还对矿用自卸车的动力性和燃油经济性进行了分析计算,以确保自卸车既有足够的动力,又能够有好的燃油经济性。关键词爬坡度传动系动力性经济性 Abstract With China's rapid economic development, mining industry has developed rapidly, the Mine Dump Truck demand is also growing, in order to meet the situation, many domestic manufacturers began developing the design of Mine Dump Truck. In this paper, I make a choice of the Mine Dump Truck engine, transmission and the ponents of traffic system, and describe the layout design of Mine Dump Truck in detail, fix up the engine, transmission and drive system, with a focus on transmission System so that it can achieve optimal corresponds to the engine and transmission. In addition, the driving force of the Mine Dump Truck and fuel economy were analyzed, to ensure that the dump truck has enough power and good fuel economy.
