2014 届 xx 汽车工业学院毕业设计(论文) 毕业设计(论文) 题目: 东风公司重型车厂 KD 包装线自动控制系统的设计与实现系别: 电信学院专业: 自动化班级: xxxx 学生姓名: xx 学号: xxxx 指导教师: xx 2014 届 xx 汽车工业学院毕业设计(论文) 摘要本设计课题以东风公司重型厂 KD包装线为背景,针对汽车 KD件的特殊性进行全方位设计,以得到适用于重型级的 KD 包装生产线。自动化思想贯穿着整个设计过程。以自动控制为目标,实现包装线全自动运行,提高企业的生产效率和质量,降低成本。在本设计论文中,详细讲解了 KD 包装线的硬件搭建,包含输送滚床的整体设计、旋转滚床内部执行机构的设计。同时也设计出了安全可控的电气系统电路。在其控制程序中更是以模块化、结构化编程为思想进行程序设计,实现程序高度可读性与可靠性。控制程序设计有通信模块和故障监控模块,可使主从站都能快速响应各种故障情况,避免造成不必要的损失。关键词: KD包装线;自动化; PLC 控制系统;模块化编程;结构化编程 2014 届 xx 汽车工业学院毕业设计(论文) Abstract This design task aims at special of automobile KD units pletely design with the background of Dong pany Pattern plant KD packaging line. KD packaging line can be essfully packed automobile KD units. Automation idea runs through the procession of designing. Packaging line can be realized with the automatic control, and pany ’s productivity, and cost reduction. This design instruction explains the hardware construction of KD packaging line in detail, including the whole design of conveyor roller bed, inside executing design of rotating roller bed. At the same time, it is designed the save system ’s circuits. It is used modular programming and structured programming in the control program design, realized high readability and reliability. Communication blocks and fault blocks are set in the control program. It can lead the master and slave to deal all kinds of fault situations, and avoid causing the unnecessary losing.
