I 沈阳工学院毕业论文汽车保险理赔存在的问题及对策分析姓名*** 指导教师(职称): 专业: 汽车服务工程答辩日期: 2014 年 05月 15日沈阳工学院毕业论文 I 摘要随着社会的进步和经济的发展,汽车已经为越来越多的人们提供交通便利, 我国城市汽车保有量在不断地增长,自从我国机动车强制保险规定出台以来,车辆保险理赔也成为了当今的热点话题,近年来保险公司的理赔案件量也在逐步提升。在这种情势下,各家保险公司而临的重要问题便是如何提高车险理赔的效率及质量。本文主要针对汽车保险理赔进行了研究,首先本文研究了我国与发达国家保险理赔的发展现状及发展模式,明确了各国在保险理赔服务中的异同,然后通过一些案例分析探究了我国车险理赔中存在的各类问题,并深入探析了这些问题产生的原因,在指出车险理赔服务中应遵循的原则的基础上本文最后提出了促进我国汽车保险理赔健康发展的建议及对策。以推动我国汽车保险行业的持续高效运转。关键词:汽车保险;保险理赔;保险公司; 沈阳工学院毕业论文 II Abstract With the development of society and economy ofour country, the vehicles have e more and more popular among mass publics. In recent years, there ’s an increasing number of families have owned their private cars. Together with this trend is the consistently increased Auto Insurance cases. It is very important to explore the ways to upgrade service quality and efficiency. Based on above message, this paper mainly investigated the auto insurance service industry. Firstly, this paper discussed the development status of such industry both domestic and abroad. Secondly case analysis has been employed to point out the problems inour country ’s auto insurance industry and finally based on the principles to support this industry, this paper put forward some suggestions onhow to promote the auto industry to operate healthily ina long round.
