xx 工程技术大学毕业设计(论文) 正泰电气质量管理研究与应用 1 摘要质量是企业生存和发展的首要素,质量水平的高低,反映了一个企业的综合实力, 质量问题是影响企业迅速发展重要因素。随着社会的不断发展与进步, 顾客对产品质量的要求不断提升, 从符合性质量上升到魅力质量。因此, 企业为了在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地, 我们必须充分认识到质量管理与满足质量要求的重要性。同时, 我们必须熟练掌握质量管理的重要组成部分,即:质量策划、质量控制、质量保证和质量改进,并做到持续改进,不断满足顾客的多样性要求,提高顾客满意度。所以,研究如何加强企业质量管理有着重要的现实意义。提高产品质量, 必须全员参与到质量改进中来。群众性的质量管理小组是企业质量提升的坚石基础。本文首先分析了公司质量管理的现状与质量管理的重要性; 其次介绍了公司质量管理的改进方法; 再次, 介绍怎样开展质量管理小组活动; 最后, 阐述运用质量管理的改进方法, 进行质量改进, 并取得显著成果的案例。结束时强调: 公司领导重视是开展质量管理小组活动顺利推进的先导; 归口管理部门常抓不懈是 QC 活动的关键;企业有健全的质量管理体系和员工积极参与是开展质量管理小组活动的基础。关键词:质量管理质量改进质量管理小组 xx 工程技术大学毕业设计(论文) 正泰电气质量管理研究与应用 2 research and a pplication ofm anagement in Chint Electric ABSTRACT Quality is the first element of survival and development pany , the level of quality , reflecting the overall strength of an enterprise , quality is an important factor affecting the rapid development of enterprises .
