上海工程技术大学毕业设计( 论文) SUES-06 差速器总成的设计与分析 1 各专业完整优秀毕业论文设计图纸摘要差速器作为汽车驱动桥中的主要部件, 在汽车行驶转向中起着至关重要的作用。它在向两边半轴传递动力的同时也能保证两边半轴以不同的转速旋转, 很大程度上的避免了汽车在转向过程中驱动车轮产生滑转或滑移的现象。本次设计的意图是通过 UG 软件对 SUES-06 差速器进行设计,并通过 UG和 CATIA 软件对其进行装配、仿真及分析,模拟现代汽车零部件的设计过程。根据毕业论文设计任务书中的要求,本文首先对汽车差速器做了阐述, 并介绍了汽车差速器的分类和设计要求, 着重介绍了 SUES-06 差速器的组成和功用,并对其几个重要的设计参数进行分析计算。然后运用 UG/CAD 模块建立汽车差速器的实体模型并进行了装配。接着运用 CATI A 软件对 SUES-06 差速器进行运动仿真分析。最后对差速器典型零件进行有限元分析,最后做出结论。在这次的毕业设计中,完成了差速器参数的计算,使用 UG 软件完成了差速器所有零件的数字模型, 顺利地进行了虚拟装配。并通过对差速器受力零件有限元的分析, 说明是符合实际应用要求的, 这些计算和设计也都是正确、可行的。关键词: 差速器, UG ,实体模型,有限元上海工程技术大学毕业设计( 论文) SUES-06 差速器总成的设计与分析 2 Design and Analysis on SUES-06 Differential ABSTRACT As the important part of the driving axle, differential gear plays a crucial role in steering of car-driving. It not only transfers the power for semiaxles of both sides , but also ensures them twirling at different speed, which effectively avoided the wheel-slipping situation in turning-around . The intention of this design is to invent SUES-06 differential gear through UG CATIA, which will be fixed, emulate d and analyzed puter so that I can emulate the process of design for the modern spare parts for car . In according to the requirements of the task book, firstly I expounded the principle s of the differential gear as well as introduced its categor ies and requirements. I paid much attention to introduce position s and functions of SUES-06 differential gear and explain the key parameter s. Secondly, I used CAE to emulate the movement process of SUES-06 differential gear .I analyzed the typical spare parts of differential gear by means of finite element and made the conclusion at last. In this design, I pleted the calculation of parameter s, the digital model of all parts through UG and virtual assembly module . The design is proved to be correct, feasible and practical by means of finite element method in analyzing the force of spare parts of differential gear.
