I 特种逆变电源的设计摘要隧道、煤矿等场所上使用的窄轨机车上经常会用到车载空压机等辅助设备,但是机车上没有能直接供车载空压机等使用的交流电,所以就需要一个逆变电源系统把接触网的直流电逆变成交流电供给空压机等设备使用。本文针对当前我国窄轨机车上车载空压机等辅助设备的使用现状,提出特种逆变电源的设计这个题目。该电源系统直接利用 SPWM 变频控制技术,将机车接触网的直流电 550V 转化成频率为 50HZ 电压为 380 V的稳定三相交流电,供车载空压机等辅助设备使用。设计的主电路采用 IGBT 作为主控器件,其驱动电路采用高速型 EXB840 驱动模块,并由 AT89C51 单片机和集成电路 SA8282 配合生成 SPWM 三相正弦波, 作为系统的控制电路。此电源的设计,极大地方便了生产和应用,具有极其良好的经济效益和社会效益。结果表明,由 SA8282 为控制芯片的逆变电源结构简单、性能稳定可靠, 适合于中、小功率的应用场合。关键词: SPWM , SA8282 ,逆变电源,单片机 II THE DESIGN OF SPECIAL INVERTER POWER SUPPLY A BSTRACT The narrow-gauge trains often be used on-board pressor and other auxiliary equipment in tunnel and mine ,but the train don ’t supply AC for the on-board pressor directly , so it is need for a power inverter that could put the DC into AC for the pressor us ing. In this paper, according the using of pressor on-board and other auxiliary equipment onour country's narrow-gauge train , the subject of the design of special inverter power supply isput . The inverter power system use SPWM inverter control technology directly , it could put the DC which the volvage is550V of OCS into a stability of three-phase AC which the frequency of 50HZ and the volvage of380V for us ing of pressor and other auxiliary equipment . The main design of circuit use IGBT asa master device, the drive circuit use high-speed-based drive module of EXB840 and it use AT89C51 single-chip and large-scale integrated circuits of SA8282 to generate the SPWM three-phase symmetrical sine wave ,as the control circuit in the system. The design of the power , which is greatly facilitates the production and application, and it has good economic and social benefits extremely . The results show that the inverter power supply structure which is control led by the SA8282 is simple and good output waveform , the performance is stable and reliable, and it is suitable for medium and low-power applications .
