本科毕业设计(论文) 题目:新京输气管道工程初步设计 2013 年6月 13日新京输气管道工程初步设计摘要本输气管道设计项目是新京输气管道工程,管道全长 3441 km , 设计输量每年 200 亿立方米。通过程序 RealPiep 模拟仿真, 确定最优方案,并以最优方案为例进行设计计算。最优方案为: 末段管长 377 ,管径 1219 mm ,壁厚 16 mm ,有内涂层,共有 14座压气站, 15 座清管站和 114 座截断阀室,总投资 亿元。全线采用等强度设计原则,管道钢材材质为 X80钢。目前天然气管网系统不断建设和相互连接成网,输气管道的设计计算、工况变化日益繁琐,个别异常工况的出现必将影响输气管网的安全运行。本文阐述了干线输气管道设计的基本原理和一般方法,本文主要介绍了天然气的物性计算;输气管道的水力计算;技术经济分析;管路布站方案计算;有无内涂层的压降和储气情况。关键词:长输管道; RealPipe 软件;布站方案;站场工艺计算中国石油大学(华东)本科毕业设计(论文) The preliminary design on the Xin jing Natural Gas Pipeline Project A bstract The gas pipeline project is the xinjiang- bejing Natural Gas Pipeline Project, the pipe length of3441 km, the design transmission capacity of20 billion cubic meters per year. Through a simulation program RealPip, determine the optimal plan and design the best program as an example. The optimal solution is: the last paragraph of tube length 377km, diameter 1220mm, wall thickness of 16mm, with the inner coating, with pressor stations, 15 pigging stations and 114 block valve chamber and t otal investment is RMB 487 . 43 billion . Currently building the natural gas pipeline system and connected into work, design and calculation of gas pipeline, operating conditions are increasingly burdensome and individual appearance of abnormal working conditions will affect the safe operation of gas work.
