学士学位论文 BACHELOR DISSERTATION 论文题目对我国商业银行个人理财业务的研究学生姓名学号专业工商管理学院指导教师指导单位 2011 年2月20日摘要 I 摘要随着我国经济的快速发展,居民的生活水平和收入大幅的增加,如何对这些收入进行有效的管理,成为了人们所关注的热点问题。而商业银行个人理财业务的推出,正是为了解决这个问题。文章首先概述了个人理财业务的定义,较为系统地阐述了国内外商业银行个人理财业务的发展阶段、现状,分析了个人理财业务面临的风险和监管要求,重点研究了我国商业银行个人理财业务存在的问题及发展对策、建议。存在问题包括:只注重理财产品的单纯销售产生的短期效益, 理财产品不丰富、注重投资理财,忽略生活理财、银行人力资源的瓶颈、个人理财业务在发展的同时,风险管理不够强等诸多问题。通过对我国个人理财市场的现状分析和风险分析,借鉴国外商业银行个人理财业务的发展,结合我国商业银行的实际情况和个人理财业务存在的问题,最后提出了我国商业银行个人理财业务的发展对策,为国内商业银行更好地开展个人理财业务提供了一定的参考。本文分为四个部分,第一部分介绍了个人理财业务的相关定义。第二部分介绍了国内外商业银行个人理财业务的现状,并找出了我国商业银行个人理财业务存在的一些问题。第三部分提出了对我国商业银行个人理财业务的一些建议。第四部分是对全文的总结。关键词:个人理财,商业银行,金融业 Abstract Ⅱ ABSTRACT With the China's economic develop m ent, A substantial increase in resident's living standards and revenue, sohow effective manage this revenue isahot problem that people care about.
