Core resources asa knowledge-based employees , and their relationship to stress management isnot only the health of the individual to some extent also determines the high-tech enterprises , especially the trend of the development of enterprises. This article will summarize the basis of previous studies of human resources management from the enterprise point of view ofhow a knowledge-based employees on stress management. In this paper , first of all from the knowledge-based employees and sources of pressure to start prehensive analysis of the pressure ofa knowledge-based employees , and then the main business of human resources management from the various steps , starting with analysis of how to carry out the functions of stress management , to take a variety of channels and strategies to reduce the knowledge-based the level of work pressure on its staff to achieve the harmony of business and all-round development of employees , to tide over the difficulties to reach a win-win situation.
