中国人民武装警察部队学院毕业论文(设计) 题目金华国际高层商住楼消防设计评析学号姓名系队专业(方向) 消防工程指导教师讲师二○一一年五月武警学院本科毕业论文(设计) -I- 金华国际高层商住楼消防设计评析摘要摘要: 随着人们对居住建筑和商业用房的需求不断增加, 加之城市用地紧张, 商住楼这种占地面积小、使用功能多、经济效益好的建筑越来越多。但高层商住楼的功能复杂, 商业部分装修豪华, 极易引发火灾。因此对高层商住楼的消防设计进行评析十分必要。本文综合运用消防工程相关理论, 采用处方式方法, 依据相关消防技术规范和法律法规, 以金华国际一期高层商住楼消防设计为对象, 对建筑防火措施、建筑灭火设施、防排烟系统和消防电气系统等方面进行分析评价,并通过有关计算对室内消火栓系统及自动喷水灭火系统消防水泵选型、机械加压送风系统送风机选型、机械排烟风机选型等设计参数进行了复核,找出了该工程中不符合规范的消防设计并给出相应的整改意见。经计算, 机械加压送风系统送风机和机械排烟风机的选型错误, 剪刀楼梯间的排风口设置错误。此外, 本文还对高层商住楼住宅部分建筑层数的界定提出了新的计算方法。关键词高层商住楼; 火灾危险性; 消防设计评析; 水力计算武警学院本科毕业论文(设计) - II- The Analysis on Fire Design of Jinhua International High-rise Business-living Building Abstract Abstract: Wi th the increasi ng demand for resi denti al merci al bui l di ng, al ong wi th the intense need for urban land, busi ness-l i vi ng bui l di ng, whi ch covers smal l er area, has more functi ons and hi gh benefi ts, mon in dai l y li fe.
