乳山市滨海新区空间布局发展对策研究大学毕业设计.doc

I 摘要关键词: 乳山滨海新区;区域一体化;空间规划区域空间布局是区域规划的一个重要部分,是引领区域发展的重要因素。当前我国跨地域性经济区的蓬勃发展, 使得规划不再只局限于一个镇区, 而是扩大到城市与城市或镇区与镇区之间。因此, 区域空间规划已成为相关地域的经济区建设发展的重要课题。乳山市滨海新区是中韩自贸区地方经济合作的先行区, 是山东半岛蓝色经济区的重要增长极。不仅如此, 乳山市滨海新区还有着良好的区位优势和雄厚的经济基础, 与韩国、日本等存在着较为密切的社会经济联系, 区内拥有完善的交通网络等适合区域合作的优势。正是这些优势为推动区域经济的共同发展提供了坚实的基础。本文主要针对乳山市滨海新区区域空间规划对策进行重点研讨。本文对空间规划及国内外相关理论和实践进行了研讨, 通过对滨海新区现状的综合调研,对滨海新区在空间协同、产业分工、交通格局、资源统筹、生态环境等方面存在的问题提出了相应的规划对策。希望可以给该区域或是其他有相似情况的区域空间规划提供一些有价值的借鉴参考。 II Abstract Keywords: Rushan Binhai New Area ; regional integration ; space planning Regional space planning is an important part of regional planning,a product of regional development and a key factor to guide regional to cross-regional issues,it makes planning no longer belonging to the town only,but extended to city to city ,even as well as town to a result,regional space planning is ing a subject for more and more planners,government and various circles of society. Location in the southern part of Shandong Province peninsula,Rushan Binhai New Area is an important growth pole of Shandong Province,which has the most powerful,highest level and largest region gathering industrial strength in Shandong Province even the eastern also has munication advantages laying solid basis for its development, such as great geographical advantages, strong economic foundation, and relatively consummate traffic system. The paper focuses on analyzing spatial planning countermeasures of Binhai New Area. The paper does a research on relevant theories and practices abroad and at home about space planning. Through the prehensive research, the paper puts forward five countermeasures in space cooperation, industry division traffic pattern, resource plannig,ecological environment,on the basis of analysis and research of Binhai New Area planning hoped that the paper can provide valuable references to space planning of this region or similar ones.
