III 摘要数控机床在整个现代制造业中处于基础性的、核心的地位。在现代制造系统朝着集成化、综合化和智能化发展的今天,特别是计算机的发展与普及化,深入研究新一代数控技术具有重要的意义。目前,以 DSP 为代表的高速高性能专用微处理器构成的运动控制器的数控系统成为数控技术的发展方向,运动控制器将成为未来数控系统的核心。在本设计中,我们选用日本 NOVA 电子有限公司研制的 DSP 运动控制专用芯片 MCX314 。 MCX314 由硬件来实现复杂的运动控制算法,使得编程方便,接口简单, 工作可靠,给运动控制带来极大方便,可广泛应用于数控机床、机器人等领域的运动控制。在 MCX314 的基础上,我们拟定了两种运动控制器的实现方案,并选定基于 ARM 芯片为主控制器的实现方案,即采用 AT91FR40162 和 MCX314 作为主要芯片, 实现复杂的运动控制功能。设计完成基于 AT91FR40162 和 MCX314 的控制器硬件电路设计;设计了 RS232 串行接口和 CAN 总线接口实现与其他设备通信;分析了软件结构特点并完成部分程序编写,主要包含基本的测试操作函数和运动控制函数。关键字: MCX314 AT91FR40162 运动控制器 IV Title Design of Motion Controller Based On MCX314 Abstract Numerical control machine ison the basic and kernel position in the modern manufacture. With the modern manufacture system integrated, colligated and intelligent, especial puter technology development and dissemination, studying the new generation numerical control and dynamics control technology is significant. At present, the numerical control system with motion controller is ing to the numerical control technique development tide, motion controller will be to kernel of future numerical control system. We select DSP dynamics control special-purpose chip MCX314 made in NOVA electron corporation inour design. MCX314 can realize plex motion control allergic with hardware, so it has advantage of convenient programming, simple interface and reliable work. It‘s very convenient to motion control and can be applied to numerical control machine tool, robot, etc. Based on MCX314, we design two scheme of motion controller and select the scheme which base on ARM, AT91FR40162 and MCX314 are main chips, plex motion control function can be realized. Inour design, the hardware circuit of controller pleted, the RS232 interface and CAN bus interface were designed so that the controller municate with other device.
