齐齐哈尔大学课程设计 I 摘要在合成氨的过程中,经变换后的合成气含有较多的二氧化碳,如不将其清除,在合成氨生产时二氧化碳会使合成氨催化剂中毒。本设计是年产十万吨合成氨车间脱二氧化碳工段的初步设计,采用 NHD 法的工艺流程来脱除原料气中的二氧化碳,并对吸收液进行再生,获得纯度较高的净化气,提高二氧化碳的回收率,简化流程,降低能耗,达到较高的经济效益指标。本次设计的内容主要包括生产工艺的比较和确定,物料衡算和能量衡算,以及 Aspen 工艺流程模拟和绘制带控制点的工艺流程图。关键词:合成氨 NHD 法二氧化碳工艺设计齐齐哈尔大学课程设计 II Abstract In the process of synthetic ammonia, the transformation of the syngas after contained more carbon dioxide, such asnot them out, in synthetic ammonia production of carbon dioxide will make synthetic ammonia poisoning catalyst.
