原子吸收法测定枸杞等中微量元素的含量摘要本实验运用原子吸收分光光度法测定溶液中微量元素的浓度。原子吸收分光光度法是基于待测元素的基态原子对其共振辐射的吸收强度来测定试样中该元素含量的一种仪器分析方法,广泛的应用微量和痕量元素的测定。我们知道枸杞子中含有大量对人体有益的微量元素如铁、钙、锌、镁、锰、铜。而通过原子分光光度法可以测定出枸杞子中的微量元素浓度,从而为人们了解枸杞子的功效起到了良好的证明作用。该测试方法简单、快捷,灵敏度高,选择性好,结果令人满意。枸杞子的产地不同,其所含微量元素的浓度也不同。本实验通过对北京和宁夏两地的枸杞子进行微量元素浓度测定来对其本质进行对比研究。本人也对茶叶中的微量元素浓度进行了测定。通过反复的测试熟悉了火焰原子吸收分光光度仪,从理论到操作都积累了一定的经验。在这基础上为了进一步分析微量元素对原料性能的作用,本人又用原子吸收分光光度法测定了原油和润滑油当中的微量元素的含量,从而得出的结论是:微量元素的浓度对原料的性能有一定的影响。关键词:枸杞子,原子吸收,分光光度法,茶叶,润滑油 I 原子吸收法测定枸杞等中微量元素的含量 Abstract The experimental use of atomic absorption spectrometry solution of the concentration of trace elements.
