长输管道无损检测爬机自发电电源系统设计摘要长输管道无损内检测爬机的供电系统通常采用高能量的锂电池组,并专门安放于爬机的电池舱中。因爬机体积及舱体节数所限,锂电池组的容量常常难以满足长距离检测的需要。本文对现行长输管道无损检测爬机的供电系统进行了研究,分析了爬机的机械结构与运行机理。设计了推动发电机运转的转矩发生机构,采用磁耦合的方式实现爬机密封舱内外转矩的传递,并对可移植到爬机自发电系统的汽车发电机提出了改造的方案,用永磁转子替代原来的电励磁转子,可更大限度地节省供电系统的能耗。设计了发电机输出的三相交流电的整流、调节电路及电池组的充配电电路,可满足对爬机的检测、计算机等单元供电及对电池组充电的要求。使爬机完成长距离检测的任务。关键词:长输管道爬机自发电电源磁耦合 I 长输管道无损检测爬机自发电电源系统设计 Abstrac t The power of the long-distance pipeline detected intelligent pig is usually supplied by the high-octane Li-piles, which are specially emplaced in the battery cabin. Because of the limit of it’s bulk and the number of the cabin section, the capability of the Li-piles generally can ’t meet the requirement of the long-distance detection. This study makes an empirical research on the power-supply system of the actual intelligent pig, analyzes the mechanism of the intelligent pig and examine-framework. It designs the torque-generated framework, which drive the dynamotor work. By means of the ic coupling it brings to ess the transfer of the torque between the inside and outside of the sealed cabin. Besides, it also brings forward a reconstructive project of the motor generator, which is transplantable to the auto-generating electricity system of the intelligent pig. Using the permanent rotor instead of the electricity-excitation rotor, it can farthest save the energy of the power supply. It devises the rectifying circuit, modulating circuit of the alternating current and the charging circuit of the pile. Thus this project can adequately meet the requirement of the detecting cell, puter cell and the accumulators. Ultimately this system can e true the achievement of the long-distance detecting mission.
