本科生毕业论文( 设计) 中文题目轮毂电机驱动的越野车双横臂扭杆弹簧悬架设计英文题目 Design of the double wishbone arm torsion bar spring suspension of the off road vehicle driven by the wheel motor 学生姓名班级学号学院专业指导教师职称中文摘要双横臂式独立悬架在汽车领域应用广泛,是最常见的悬架形式之一。双横臂式独立悬架按照上下横臂是否等长, 可分为等长双横臂式与不等长双横臂式。对于不等长双横臂式悬架,只要适当地选择、优化上下横臂的长度,合理地布置上下横臂的位置, 就可以使轮距和前轮定位参数变化都在可接受的限定范围内,从而保证汽车具有最佳的行驶平顺性和操纵稳定性。本文设计的越野车对动力性和通过性和行驶平顺性要求比较高。通过方案选择,机构设计,运动校核,模拟仿真等步骤逐步实现对越野车悬架的设计。关键字: 双横臂悬架扭杆弹簧独立悬架越野车 Abstract Double wishbone independent suspension has a wide range of applications in automobile field,which isone of the mon form of wishbone independent suspension can be classified into equal length double wishbone suspension and unequal length double wishbone suspension according to whether the upper and lower arms are of equal for the unequal length double wishbone suspension,it is easy to make the tread and wheel alignment parameters be within acceptable limits to ensure the vehicle has the best fort and handing stability ,as long as length of the upper and lower arms are selected and optimized this paper ,the requirement of the power , the trafficability and the the fort of the off-road vehicle is relatively high .We achieve the design of the off-road vehicle suspension gradually through the steps of scheme selection ,mechanism design ,movement check ,simulation and soon.
