I 摘要建筑工程质量管理是指为保证和提高工程质量,运用一整套质量管理体系、手段和方法所进行的系统管理活动。工程质量好与坏,是一个根本性的问题。工程项目建设,投资大,建成及使用时期长,只有合乎质量标准,才能投入生产和交付使用,发挥投资效益, 结合专业技术、经营管理和数理统计,满足社会需要。运用一整套质量管理体系、手段和方法所进行的系统管理活动。本文系统的阐述了建筑工程质量从形成到控制全过程管理理论与方法。首先简单的叙述了建筑项目质量管理的基本概念;其次叙述了建筑项目质量控制的目标和原理;最后叙述了建筑施工现场质量管理(包括现场质量管理所遵循的基本原则和方法、技术复核制度、主要质量通病防治措施)。关键词: 质量,质量管理,质量控制,管理程序 II Abstract Construction Quality management is to ensure and improve project quality, the use ofa set of quality management systems, tools and methods carried out by the system management activities. Project quality good or bad, isa fundamental problem. Construction projects require large investment to build and use a long time, and only in line with quality standards, in order to put into production and delivered to play investment returns, combined with technical expertise, business management and mathematical statistics, to meet social needs. Many countries in the world of engineering quality requirements, there isa set of strict supervision and inspection methods. In China, since 1984, changing the long-term self-assessment by the producers of the practice of engineering quality, the implementation of corporate self-monitoring and social bined, vigorously strengthen social supervision. The use ofa set of quality management system, tools and methods carried out by the system management activities. This paper describes the system works to control the quality from the formation of the whole process of management theory and methods. Full-text is divided into four chapters. Chapter Construction Project Quality Management; second chapter the construction project quality control; Chapter IIIof the construction site quality management (including the section on-site quality management to follow the basic principles and methods , technical review system , major quality defects prevention and control measures) .
