物流企业金融服务模式创新研究.doc

摘要物流金融作为物流企业的一种新型业务模式,在我国的应用尚处于起步阶段,很多物流企业还未参与其中,究其原因,主要是对如何开展物流金融业务还未了解透彻。本文首先对物流金融进行了概述,介绍了物流金融的定义,指出了物流金融中涉及到的三个主体(物流公司、客户和金融机构)之间的关系。然后,文章介绍了物流金融的特点、背景以及物流金融在国内外的发展状况。最后,文章对物流金融业务模式做统一的介绍, 详细说明每项业务的具体实施内容,分析了各种模式在实际应用中的优缺点,指出了每种模式在操作中存在的风险,并给予了相应的风险规避策略。关键词:物流金融,业务模式,风险规避 Abstract As a new logistics business model, the application of logistics finance inour logistics enterprises is still at the initial stage, a lotof logistics enterprises have not yet involved, the main reason for its study onhow to conduct a thorough understanding of financial operations have not yet.
