This paper analyzes the connotation and classification of reverse logistics, the forward logistics and reverse logistics management management of the same and the difference, problems in implementing reverse logistics management, and puts forward some countermeasures in the process of implementing reverse logistics. This paper first analyzes the development background of reverse logistics and the research status both at home and abroad, then discusses the concept of reverse logistics, features and function, expounds the problems existing in the implementation of reverse logistics in our country, discusses the development trend of reverse logistics in our country, and to our country enterprise how to improve the reverse logistics activities are proposed.
