我国食品安全面临的问题及其策略摘要:食品是人类赖以生存的最重要的条件,人类在对食品不断创新和追求更高标准的同时,也不断促进了消费者对于食品安全的重视,食品安全成为大家最为关心的问题,然而近年来,食品安全问题层出不穷,“三聚******事件、苏丹红、地沟油”等等,每一条食品安全的新闻都牵动着消费者的神经。日益加剧的环境污染和频繁发生的食品安全事件给人类生命和健康带来了巨大的威胁,并已成为人们关注的热点问题。如何识别有毒食物,并进行有效的控制呢?这是摆在每一个消费者和国家食品监管部门眼前的一道难题。本文通过对我国食品安全现状的分析,通过食品安全存在的问题,提出了一些应对的策略。关键词:食品安全;安全现状;应对策略 ABSTRACT Food is the most important condition of human survival, human keep on innovating and the pursuit ofa higher standard for food at the same time, also constantly promote the consumers about food safety, food safety e the most concern, however, in recent years, food safety problems emerge in endlessly, \"melamine incident, Sudan red, cooking oil and so on, each a food safety news affects consumer's nerves. Increasing environmental pollution and frequent occurrence of food safety events brought great threat to human life and health, and has became a hot issue of concern. How to distinguish poisonous food, and effectively control? This is placed in each consumer and national food regulators in front ofa problem. In this article, through analyzing the current situation of food safety in our country, through the food safety problems, and puts forward some coping strategies.
