1/ 37 数控机床精度调整与恢复 2/ 37 摘要在机械工程领域,由于微电子技术和计算机技术的迅速发展及其向***的渗透所形成的机电一体化,使***的技术结构、产品机构、功能与构成、生产方式及管理体系发生了巨大变化,使工业生产由“机械电气化”迈入了“机电一体化”为特征的发展阶。技术的飞速发展, 极大地提高了劳动生产率;提高了产品的质量;减轻了人们的劳动强度,使人们从繁重的劳动中解放出来,去从事更有效的劳动;由于技术的发展的需要,许多生产过程依靠人们的脑力和体力直接操作是难以实现的,还有许多生产过程则因人的生理所限而不能由人工操作。在这种情况下,自动控制更加显示出其巨大的作用,本文以数控机床的自动控制为主,精度补偿为辅,深入浅出的介绍了一些知识,希望能在今后的工作中对大家有所帮助关键词:机电一体化;自动控制技术;精度补偿 3/ 37 ABSTRACT In the field of mechanical engineering, because of the rapid development of microelectronics technology puter technology & the electromechanical integration which formed by permeation of mechanical industry , these made the technology structure of mechanical industry 、 anization 、 function position 、 production mode and management system got the great changes, made industrial production step into a new development stage which is characterized by“ electromechanical integration ” from the stage of “ Mechanical electrification ”. The rapid development of technology, improved the labor productivity greatly; improved the quality of the products; reduced the labor intensity of people, made people liberated from the heavy labor and engaged ina more effective work; due to the need of the development of technology, many production processes which relied on people's physical strength mental to operate directly is very difficult, and there are many production processes cannot be operated manually because of the physiology . In this situation, the automatic control shows its important role, this article is centered on automatic control C machine, supplemented by pensation, introduces some knowledge, hope it can be help in your future work.
