It’s my great pleasure to be here talk ing about the lesson I taught in petition. The c ontent is 2a-2e , Section B, Unit 5, Grade 8. I divide d my lesson presentation into 6 parts. T hey are t he analysis of teaching material, the analysis of the students, the teaching aims, the teaching methods, the teaching procedure and the teaching reflection. Now I’ e to the first part. Part I The analysis of teaching material 2a-2e , Section B is the 4th period in Unit 5. And the title of this unit is“ Do you want to watch a game show? ” The topic is about entertainment. Yes, it’sa popular topic for students, and it has interested them already. Ahead of the 3 periods, the students learnt how to talk about preferences and how to make plans. They were attracted by all the things f rom all kinds of TV shows in Section A to the topic of mov ies in Section B. What I taught here isa reading part. It’s mainly to train the reading abilities and skills .
