购买后包含有 CAD 图纸和说明书,咨询 Q401339828 I 气吸式胡萝卜精密播种机的设计摘要为了节约胡萝卜种植的种子成本,并结合我国现有的种植模式和农艺要求,根据国外的部分胡萝卜播种机械设计了气吸式胡萝卜精密播种机, 该设备可以完成胡萝卜种子的单粒精密播种, 一次作业可同时完成胡萝卜八行两垄种植, 并能根据我国胡萝卜现有种植模式实现自动起垄。该播种机由 95 马力的拖拉机带动,主要的工作部件有传动系统,行走系统, 开沟装置, 起垄装置, 气吸式精密排种器, 参数调节装置等组成。该机械最核心的部件就是气吸式排种器, 采用气吸式, 可实现胡萝卜的精密播种, 降低了种子成本, 并且减少了以后的农艺操作。该机器的工作参数为工作速度 , 播种质量达到 97% , 生产率达到 2 /h。关键词: 胡萝卜;气吸式精密播种机;起垄;设计;性能试验购买后包含有 CAD 图纸和说明书,咨询 Q401339828 I D esign of the S uction C arrots P recision M achine Abstract In order to save the planting cost of carrot seeds bined with our exis ted planting patterns and agronomic requirements, the pneumatic carrot precision seeding machine is designed according to ponents of foreign carrot seeding machinery. T he device can finish the precision seed ing of carrot s’ single seed, and one operation plete eight row s and two ridge s cultivation at the same time .A nd it can realize the automatic ridging according to our country existing planting mode. The planter is driven by the 95- horsepower tractor, and its main working parts contain the transmission system , the running system, the ditching device, a ridging device, a precision seed-metering device and the parameter adjusting device. T he ponent oft he machine is the suction seed metering device . It uses the air suction so that it can sow carrot precise ly and reduce the cost of the seeds and the subsequent agricultural operation. The machine operating parameters for the its working speed is .The quality of seeding reaches 97% and the es to 2 /h.
