消费者购物信任影响研究摘要随着社会经济的快速发展,信任问题越来越受到企业和消费者的关注,客户信任甚至可以直接影响到消费者的购买决定。在竞争日益激烈的购物市场的时代,公司只有在快速变化的环境中赢得客户的信赖,才能生存发展。在市场消费经济体制下,建立商人和消费者之间的信任是社会,经济体制快速发展的重要保证。近年来,网络的快速发展使得人们购物多样化,电视购物,网购已成为现在最受欢迎的购物。这使得客户信任的决定因素变得越来越重要。本文首先从消费者消费行为的概念探讨消费者行为的概念,通过分析在线消费者的态度来总结消费者的类型,然后根据以前的消费者决策理论提出这一研究对消费者购物信任的影响模型。关键词:消费者,购物,信任 Summary With the rapid development of social economy, the problem of trust more and more enterprises and consumers concerned, customer trust can even directly affect the consumer's purchase decision. In the era of petitive shopping market, companies only in the rapidly changing environment to win the trust of customers to survive and develop. Under the economic system of market consumption, the establishment of trust between businessmen and consumers is an important guarantee for the rapid development of social and economic system. Which makes the determinants of customer trust e more and more important.
