0 浅析供给侧改革摘要当前,我国经济仍面临严重的供给约束和供给抑制,是我们在改革深化中所必须解决的、实质性供给侧创新的“攻坚克难”。我们迫切需要释放新需求, 创造新供给,着力改善供给环境、优化供给侧机制。因此浅析供给侧改革是从引言、供给侧的出现与发展、实施还有影响这四个章节进行分析的。第二章节中分别了论述了供给侧的提出、内涵以及供给侧在其他国家的应用先例,第三章中分别从实施的重要领域、在生产产业中如何实施、在资本配置中如何实施、如何进行财税优化以及政府如何落实这五个方面进行分析。通过浅析供给侧改革,能更加深入的了解供给侧的来源以及发展和影响。关键词: 供给侧; 中国经济; 生产产业;财税; 资本; 政府调控; 1 Abstract At present, our country's economy still faces severe supply constraints, and supply suppression, is that we have to solve in the reform deepening, substantial supply side of innovation "difficult to e".
