********** 学位论文 LED 屏幕用导光板的印刷工艺研究 1 摘要摘要: 在上个世纪 80-90 年度,可以通过 UV印刷机、全张机器的设备投入来制作高品质的特殊规格的产品,实现差异化从而获得高利润。在高利润驱使下, 越来越多的导光板印刷企业进行设备更新,使得这种依靠设备优势维持的时间越来越短。与此同时,随着科技的不断发展,企业通过技术创新的门槛越来越低, 依靠研发创新来获得竞争优势越来越困难,尤其在中国知识产权保护薄弱的大环境下更加明显。导光板印刷行业竞争的异常激烈,虽然领先企业的利润能够保持比较高的水平,但是行业平均利润却低至了 2%。传统的导光板印刷仅依靠产品来锁定客户面临越来越大的挑战。随着消费者的个性化、差异化需求被各品牌客户传递给提供导光板印刷产品的制造商,加上各品牌商之间的竞争日趋激烈,客户从之前简单地希望获得性价比高的导光板印刷产品逐步要求供应商参与到产品开发中,并提供更加专业的指导和协助。本文研究的主要内容是 LED 用屏幕用导光板的印刷工艺。本课题的意义在于为印刷导光板制作标准 SOP 和相关印刷流程设计,及产品的技术要求分析。产品的不良现象判定及处理方式分析。关键字: 导光板、印刷、油墨、制版 Abstract ********** 学位论文 LED 屏幕用导光板的印刷工艺研究 2 Abstract : In the 80-90, can through the UV printing machine, sheet machine equipment to manufacture high quality special specifications of products, implement differentiation to gain high profits.
