化定制需求，以知识定义重塑网络管控，以智能管控、按需服务、网络调
配为核心技术，构建可演进、可扩展、可定制的新型网络管控体系。首先，结合人工智能技术提出了一种新型
的网络管理和控制体系，即 6G-ADM。接着，介绍由人工智能算法和人类经验生成的知识空间的定义和生成。
知识空间和人工智能技术的不断融合构成了 6G 智能网络管控的核心。然后，提出了实现 6G 按需服务的 2 个
关键使能技术：基于知识的智能网络策略生成和基于知识的智能异常检测。最后，通过仿真实验验证了所提方
法的有效性。

Abstract: Facing the extreme performance and personalized requirements of 6G global networks, network management
and control was reshaped with knowledge definition, which takes intelligent management and control, on-demand service
and network deployment as the core technologies to create a new network management and control architecture. Firstly, a
novel network management and control architecture namely 6G-ADM was proposed with the integration of emerging
technologies. Next, the definition and generation of knowledge space that is generated by both AI algorithms and human
experiences was introduced. The continually convergence of knowledge space and AI technologies constitutes the core of
