1 铁矿石经济性研究及其在红钢炼铁工序的应用?林安川高勇陈元富张涛( 昆明钢铁股份公司红河钢铁有限公司云南蒙自 661100 ) 摘要基于炼铁工序相关基础理论, 结合试验、生产经验数据, 建立了铁矿石成分性能—价格—指标—成本综合测算模型。就红钢目前资源—价格体系下对单品种铁矿石烧结、单品种烧结矿和提升高炉综合品位生铁冶炼等过程中的参数、指标、成本等变化对其使用经济性作了系统的测算及分析,并对不同生产条件下的指标、成本作统一回归校核。结果表明, 现行条件下入炉品位控制 4 % ~ % 为取得最低生铁成本合理范围, 目前红钢本地及周边资源具有良好使用经济性优势。关键词资源价格综合测算冶金性能指标经济性中图分类号: TF -9 文献标识码: A Iron ore economic research and its applcation on ironmaking of honggang Lin An-chuan Gao yong Chen yuan - fu Zhang tao ( Kunming iron and steel co ., LTD h onghe Iron & Steel Co.
