基于DS18B20的矿用温度测量仪设计.doc

I 摘要本次设计的矿用温度仪系统主要包括DS18B2 0实时测量温度和红外发射接受静态显示温度两个部分。整个系统的设计采用以 STC89C52 为控制核心,以四位共阳极数码管为显示部分,能够完全的矿井下的温度正确的测量和清晰地显示出来。在系统开始运行时,默认的是采用 DS18B20 为温度测量部分,因为它能够实时的把矿井下的温度测量并显示出来。由于 DS18B20 本身的误差,会导致测出的温度值和实际的温度值有些偏差。此时红外遥控发射和接受的作用就是用来补偿校正数码管所显示的温度值。红外遥控可以增加和减少所显示的温度值,校正为环境实际的温度值。校正后的温度值也可以随着环境的温度变化而变化。这样的设计就补偿了系统采用单一的温度传感器所产生的误差,是系统设计更精准,更可靠。矿井下的环境温度准确可靠地显示是矿井作业安全可靠地进行,从而也使矿井下的工作人员的生命安全得到了更稳妥的保障。关键词: 单片机; DS18B20 传感器;红外发射接收;矿用温度仪 II Abstract The mine temperature meter of this design system mainly includes real-time measuring temperature DS18B20 and infrared emission accept static display temperature of two design of the whole system adopts the STC89C52 as control center, in part four digital tube to show the total anode, it pletely measure correct ly temperature under the mine and clear ly system running, the default is to use DS18B20 as temperature measurement, b ecause it can real time temperature measurement under the mine and to the error of DS18B20 itself, will lead to some deviation of the measured temperature value and the actual. At this point is the transmission and reception of infrared remote control function is used pensate temperature correction, as suggested by the digital tube. Infrared remote control can increase and decrease temperature, shown by the correction for the environment the actual temperature value. After correction of temperature can also changes with the temperature change of the environment. Such pensation system adopts the error produced bya single temperature sensor, the system design is more accurate and more reliable. Mine under the ambient temperature is accurate and reliable to show mine operation safe and reliable manner, thus make underground staff's life got more reliable guarantee.
