基于E-mail的学生答疑系统设计与实现.doc

1 ??答疑、解惑是教学活动中的一个必不可少的环节。随着学生规模的快速增长及多校区办学,高校教师不可能及时回答如此众多学生的问题。通过网络平台进行答疑可克服传统教学答疑模式受限于时间与空间。师生通过 E-mail 或者 QQ 可以进行答疑,但通过这些方式,教师不可能及时回答众多学生的问题,并且不断地回答重复或相似的问题也是低效。对先有的邮件系统进行功能扩充,建立基于 E-mail 的学生答疑系统能够较好地解决教学环境中的答疑问题。本文在探究了 E-mail 的答疑模式后,对网络中常见的答疑形式及问题资源库的建设进行了研究,从教师的需要出发,围绕如何实现有效答疑和培养学****者协作学****的能力两个方面,设计并开发了基于 E-mail 的学生答疑系统。本系统在构建中使用了时下最流行的 java 语言。为进一步方便教师进行使用,在界面方面,主要使用 Frame 、JList 、JButtion 等元素进行搭建。数据库方面,本系统使用的是轻量、简便的 mysql 数据库,同时在开发的过程中, 利用了第三方插件 Navicat 对数据库进行快捷的管理。在系统构建上,充分对代码进行了封装操作。同时,利用不同 listener 对按钮进行了响应操作,而在邮件方面则利用了 javamail 进行了操作。本系统实现的自行解决问题功能利用了分步匹配算法:取出系统中预设好的关键字, 匹配所有未解决问题,每个问题设置一个集合来收集匹配本问题成功的关键字。然后遍历每个问题的关键字集合,按关键字从数据库中取出对应答案,通过邮件将对应答案发送给学生。关键词:E-mail 答疑答疑系统问题资源库 javamail 2 The S tudent Q uestion A nswering S ystem B ased on E-mail Wu Feng ( College of Science, South China Agricultural University , Guangzhou 510642 , China ) ?????????
