北华航天工业学院毕业论文 I 报告( 论文) 题目: 基于 H yperworks 汽车车架有限元分析摘要有限元方法是最近三四十年随着计算机的发展而发展起来的用于各种结构分析的数值计算方法。如今有限元方法几乎在所有工程问题上得到了发展和应用,已成为一个广为接受的工程分析工具。汽车车架在整个汽车结构中,不论就重量而言还是就成本而言,在整车中占有相当大的比重,同时它的制造工装设备和模具成本都很高,改型比较困难。传统的车架设计方法存在设计周期过长、重复工作量大和资金浪费等缺点。运用有限元法对汽车车架进行分析和模拟仿真,可以大大缩短设计周期,降低制造成本。因而,有限元方法在车架领域的应用具有极大潜力。本文利用有限元分析技术,以 H yperworks 软件为分析平台,针对具体的科研项目,对某公司在产品改进设计中的车架进行有限元建模以及扭转刚度分析计算。在有限元模型上进行了模态的分析计算,通过对模态值的分析计算,检验和修正有限元模型。通过对刚度值的分析计算,检验和修正有限元模型。论文介绍了车架设计的特点以及 CAE 方法在车架设计中的应用,同时分析了车架模态和扭转刚度对整车耐久性的影响。论文论述了车架的有限元建模方法,对车架进行模态仿真计算和结果进行分析对比。本课题是 CAE 在工程中的实际应用,对车架改进设计有较大的现实意义。关键词:车架 Hyperworks 有限元模态扭转刚度北华航天工业学院毕业论文 II Abstract As a solution method for mechanics analysis, finite element method (FEM) develops from the improvement puter since thirty or forty years. Now FEM has almost been applied on every fields of engineering, and has e a reliable tool of solution analysis. W hich has been accepted by most engineers. However, the domestic application of FEM drops behind overseas greatly, and we haven ’t taken full advantages of FEM in most fields. Body plays a significant role in whole automobile from both weight and cost. In the same time, hard revision of forms, high cost of manufacture and mould give some challenge to designers the traditional body design method has some ings such as too long design circle, repeated work and money wasting. There would be shorten at the design and be reduced at the cost when we are application finite element method (FEM) to analyze simulate the body of the car. There would have great potential for applying finite element method (FEM) on the body field. The dissertation is application of use FEM to analyze body, It isa based on the HYPERWORKS program to analysis engineering and body of pany, which builds up the FEM model. and has a solution on stiffness and mode.
