基于 PLC 的变频调速恒温给水控制系统的设计 Variable F requency Speed Adjusting and T hermostatic W ater C ontrol S ystem of Design based on PLC 摘要进入 21世纪科技的进步已经悄无声息的进入到我们生活,例如信息的普及, 生活的便利,工业的发展,出行的方便等等。在这里我们主要对生活中的恒温用水进行简单的工作原理的介绍,让读者对变频恒温供水系统更加的了解以及让读者感受到科技给人类带来的便利性。这种通过 PLC 的控制来完成的系统可以实现无人看守,但是需要工作人员随时进行设备的维护。这样节约人力的成本而且提高了工作性质科技水平。本论文中系统包括冷水管和热水管,在冷热水混合处分别设有阀门。当系统启动后,冷热水阀分别打开。水泵处于手动、自动两种控制方式。手动方式:两台水泵分别设有手动启动和停止按钮,工作人员可根据实际需要手动控制水泵的启停。自动方式:当温度与设定温度值不等时,控制器经过 PID 运算,将结果送给变频器,调节水泵的转速,进而调节热水流量,达到恒温调节的目的。当一台水泵出现故障,另外的一台备用泵立即启动运行。为保证水泵连续可靠供电,采取双回路供电方式,一旦供电回路出现故障,工作水泵立刻投切到备用回路。以上就是本论文的主要设计内容。关键词: 恒温供水系统;变频器; 可编程逻辑控制器 A BSTRACT Into the 21st century, advances in technology have quietly into our lives, such as information universal, convenient living, industrial development, traveling convenient and mainly state a simple introduction in constant temperature water, to make readers knew more frequency thermostatic water supply system and to feel understood that technology brings convenience to mankind. This is plished by controlling the PLC system can achieve unattended, but the staff needs to maintenance equipment. It saves labor costs and improve the working nature of the technological level. In this thesis, the system includes a cold water pipe and hot water pipe, hot and cold water mixing valve is provided at each. When the system starts, hot and cold water valves are open. Pump in manual and automatic control. Manual mode: two pumps are equipped with manual start and stop buttons, the staff may actually need to manually control the pump start and stop based on. Automatic mode: When the temperature and the set temperature range, the controller after the PID operation will result to the inverter, adjust the flowing speed, thereby regulating the water flow to achieve the purpose of adjusting the thermostat.
